Alan Kenny, Head Nutritionist

Alan is a graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology, where he studied exercise and health studies. He has also completed the exercise nutrition Science masters from the University of Chester, and leads the nutritional side of our program.

He has international experience working with professional athletes in the USA and corporate clients at home and abroad. He currently provides support to Cork GAA Football. Alan has helped people from all walks of life achieve their goals.

Alan promotes a lifestyle change through simple nutritional choices and making the science behind nutrition simple and easy to use.

Brian McGrogan

Brian Mc Grogan, Head Trainer

Brian is our head trainer and creates all of our home workouts.

He is a personal fitness instructor with the Kildare Senior Football team and current Kildare County Champions, Moorefield. He has a diploma in strength and conditioning training along with six mentorships with the country’s top strength and conditioning coaches. He was also the strength and conditioning coach with the Leinster interprovincial team in 2014.

We are alway harping on about not worrying or going by the dreaded sad step to log your results as they don't always tell you the truth .

This is proof as this is one of our members in our June transformation group, she weighs the exact same on the scales but looks completely different in shape and size .

She eats healthy 80% of the week and works out 4-5 times a week doing our HIIT home workouts .
